Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all MUTANT hangtags and labels are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
